Italian BBQ on the Deck!
We love to prepare Italian food, even though the longest and most expensive
two years of our lives were the years we owned an Italian Steakhouse! We love entertaining a couple dozen friends with
good wine and thick steaks marinated in Italian herbs and a little Balsamic and olive oil. I add a couple pasta
dishes ... start with enticing appetizers and end with a yummy dessert, espresso and Anisette .... and we've had a fantastic
outdoor meal!
